We delivered the full fit-out of the Giorgio Armani boutique located at Calle Príncipe Salman 4, in the iconic setting of Puerto Banús (Marbella). Designed to reflect the brand’s signature luxury, elegance, and sophistication, the project was carried out under a demanding schedule and with a strong focus on refined aesthetics, within an exceptionally high-end environment.

The space features an interior design that combines contemporary restraint with noble materials: marble, dark wood, and polished metals come together to create a calm and exclusive atmosphere. Subtle, carefully controlled lighting enhances key architectural elements and highlighted products, providing an immersive shopping experience fully aligned with Giorgio Armani’s premium image, a leading name in the luxury sector.

The Puerto Banús location required outstanding logistical planning, due to restricted access, heavy visitor flows, and the need to minimize disruption to the surrounding retail area. Our teams coordinated every phase of the works with precision, ensuring operational efficiency, respect for the prestigious urban environment, and strict adherence to the client’s timeline.

Particular attention was also given to construction details and finishes, enabling immediate store opening. The result is a space ready to operate from day one, meeting the highest international standards of luxury retail, and positioned to become a benchmark on the Costa del Sol, within a sector where Kardham is a recognized reference.
